What is Podcasting?
Podcasting is a means of distributing audio and video programs via the Internet that lets users subscribe to a number of files, also known as "feeds," and then hear or view the material at the time that they choose. A feed is usually in the mp3 audio or mp4 video format. Podcasting is distinct from other types of online media delivery because of its subscription model, rather than one-time delivery. A series of files are delivered because subscribers want to get the information regularly. A portable audio player is not required because the podcast is downloaded to your computer.

How do I subscribe?
You need software capable of subscribing to a podcast. For your convenience, links to download a few free options are below.
iTunes users can click on the links below to subscribe:
Or to set up your podcast manually, follow the instructions below.
- In iTunes, click on FILE in the menu bar. Note: You may need to hit the Alt key for the menu bar to become visible. Then click on "Subscribe to Podcast..."
If you use Juice software, click on the green + icon to add subscriptions.
- A box will appear asking for the URL, or web address, of the podcast.
- Cut and paste the appropriate (audio or video) RSS link from above.
