Burbank Armory Winter Shelter
Saturday evenings only between December and March the Relief team provides a hot nourishing meal(s) to those who find themselves taking refuge in the Burbank Armory and staff. Bibles are available as well as prayer on an individual basis. The winter shelter is a seven night a week refuge managed by the Union Rescue Mission, supported by the City of Burbank, and the Facility graciously made available by the California National Guard for those in need in and surrounding the Burbank area. Relief Team cooks arrive at church and make meals, then using food transport containers the Serving and prayer team delivers hot food that the Lord has made possible to the Burbank Armory.
